Garden State Handball Inc., in partnership with USHA and East Orange Recreation, is excited to offer a Free Certification Referee Clinic! Whether you’re looking to enhance your knowledge of the game or become a certified handball referee, this clinic is a great opportunity to take your skills to the next level. The class will be led by William Polanco, a seasoned USHA referee with extensive experience. Participants attending for the first time will be eligible for Level 1 Certification.

We ask all attendees to complete the Level 2 online test before attending the clinic. Please contact Jared Vale, William Polanco, Alethia Mendez, Craig Grant, or Lance B. Sexton for the exam link. You can achieve Level 2 certification in just one day!

Even though obtaining Level 1 and Level 2 certification is free, to be officially recognized by the United States Handball Association (USHA), you must be a member and pay yearly dues.
